- 401K & Profit Sharing – Profit Sharing and 401(k) Retirement plans are available after three (3) months of service.
- Paid Life Insurance – Full-time year-round hosts receive company-paid life insurance for themselves and their dependents and short-term disability benefits for themselves.
- Paid Time Off – Holiday, vacation, sick, and flex pay.
- Survivor’s Income Benefit – 12 weeks of an host’s base pay is given to their beneficiary for immediate family needs, upon the host’s death. Available to all hosts on day one of employment.
- Adoption Reimbursement Assistance – Reimbursement expenses of up to $3,000 per adoption.
